Frank L. Langston, one of two major principals of TALCOR Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., is a veteran of over 20 years in the commercial real estate services business. A fifth generation native of North Florida, he is a 1979 graduate of Auburn University where he received the Wall Street Journal Award as the top student majoring in finance and now serves as a Director of Auburn University's Masters of Real Estate Development Program. 

Mr. Langston began his professional career in the banking business in Tampa, Florida with one of Florida's largest bank holding organizations. As an officer in the Marketing Department, he was primarily responsible for market research, including branch site locations around Florida. Later in his banking career Mr. Langston served as the Marketing Director for a Tallahassee bank with business development responsibilities.

After his banking experience Mr. Langston served as the Chief Financial Officer of a family aviation business. Over a period of five year, this start up business grew to become one of the largest regional providers of aero medical services.

In 1986, Mr. Langston began his experience of owning and managing small investment properties. In 1989, he entered the full time commercial real estate business specializing in retail and office sales and leasing along with multifamily sales. Over his twenty plus years of brokerage, he has represented local, regional and national clients including Exxon, Krispy Kreme, Ashley Furniture, Thomas Howell Ferguson, CPA's and several major bank holding companies. Additionally, he has successfully negotiated transactions with clients and such as Wal-Mart, Ruby Tuesdays, IBM and IHOP. Mr. Langston is licensed in Florida and Alabama, a member of the Commercial Real Estate Institute (CCIM) and the Florida CCIM Chapter and active in ICSC. He is married to his high school sweetheart and the father of four children.
