Jimmy Nystrom

Jimmy moved to Tallahassee in 1970, and attended Maclay High School before graduating from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Marketing. He was commissioned in 1981 as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army Infantry, and spent three years with the 101st Airborne Division where he spent much of his time in the service in the Middle East and Central America.

Upon his release from the service, Jimmy began his Real Estate career in 1985 with Investors Realty in the commercial division. He remained there until 1990 when TALCOR was formed, becoming one of the original agents of the company.

Jimmy specializes in office and retail leasing, tenant representation and office building sales. He has had the opportunity to represent such firms as SunTrust Banks, AARP, Jacob's Engineering, and Cadbury Schweppes in their office space needs. Presently Jimmy represents landlords on over 1,000,000 Sq. Ft. of their office and retail leasing needs.
