Mary Dale Joyce is a native of Havana, Florida just north of Tallahassee. She attended Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina for two years and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education.

In addition to several Real Estate Sales and Brokers courses, she has also completed the first course of the CCIM Program. She is currently a Florida Broker-Salesman, an associate Georgia Broker and a reciprocal Alabama Broker. Prior to her joining TALCOR Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., she was a real estate salesman with Stephens Harrell Realty and Acreage Associates, Inc. She then joined Investors Realty as an Associate Broker-Salesman. She later became Manager of Investors Acreage Division and was also a Senior Associate.

She is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, the Gadsden County Board of Realtors (where she served as President in 1996), and the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. She is also a contributing Member of National Association of Realtors and Florida Association of Realtors.

Her specialty is large and small acreage tracts in North Florida, South Georgia, and South Alabama. Her twenty-nine years as a full time Real Estate Specialist in this area makes her particularly well versed in the uses and values of such tracts for hunting, timber production, agriculture, home sites, environmental preservation, and development.
