Caryl Pierce, CCIM
ContactCaryl has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1987, while working for Investors Realty. She joined TALCOR when it was founded in 1990, and is experienced in brokerage, site selection, multifamily investment property and shopping center development. She has been involved in leasing, management and 1031 exchanges.
Prior to working in the commercial market, Caryl entered the residential real estate industry in 1972 where she managed a real estate office, developed a townhouse development, and was active in home and land sales.
Caryl is an avid swimmer, who enjoys quilting in her spare time. She has strong organizational skills, and is very creative by nature. Caryl is married to attorney Robert Pierce.
