David Barth
ContactDavid specializes in selling businesses, analyzing the needs of prospective entrepreneurs and introducing them to sellers of quality businesses. He also specializes in the placement of new businesses in appropriate locations, i.e., storefronts, malls warehouses, etc. David is a full service commercial Realtor handling retail, industrial and investment needs.
David attended Rhodes Preparatory School in New York before graduating from Newark State College in New Jersey. He has over 25 years of experience owning his own businesses in retail, distribution, and manufacturing, and has been a consultant to many food related businesses with designing and training people in the set up and operations of their facilities.
David has a Florida Real Estate License, and is the member of the Florida Business Brokers Association FBBA (NW FL Chapter), National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Tallahassee Board of Realtors, and Commercial Council of Tallahassee.
David has lived in Tallahassee for 30 years and is married to his wife, Ruth. He has 2 children, Peter and Darrah.
