Don Gowdy
ContactDon joined TALCOR in 2001 and oversees the branch office in Panama City, Florida, which opened in May of 2001. Besides overseeing the branch office, his duties include overseeing Property Management, commercial leasing and client relations for the Panama City region.
Don relocated from North Carolina in 1993 and become associated with The Seltzer Management Group as it's Vice President of Property Management. He holds a BS degree in Economics and was awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1969. Don has over thirty years of experience in the management and leasing of office buildings, retail shopping centers, apartments and business/industrial parks.
Prior to relocating to Florida, Don was the vice president of property management for The Bissell Companies, a Charlotte, North Carolina based commercial developer and full service real estate company, whose management portfolio contained in excess of 4,000,000 sq. ft. of office, retail and commercial space.
Don resides in Lynn Haven, Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida. He is a member of the Bay County Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
