Billy Rhodes
Billy Rhodes is a native Floridian. Born in Orlando and raised in Eustis, Florida, he graduated from Eustis High School in 1994. He attended Florida State University and in 1998 received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science with a Political Science primary. At Florida State University, Billy played varsity football lettering every year from 1995 to 1998. He was a team captain in 1998 and was chosen as the Don Powell Award Winner for Outstanding Team Leadership and Sportsmanship. In college, he was also a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity holding three executive offices. After graduation, Billy worked for his family's business for a year before receiving his real estate license and going on to work for TALCOR in 2000.

As an avid outdoorsman, Billy leases and manages almost 4,000 acres in South Georgia. He currently holds real estate licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Billy is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Commercial Council of Tallahassee, The National Association of Realtors, and the Florida Association of Realtors.
