Don Gowdy
Donald (Don) H. Gowdy joined TALCOR in 2001 and oversees the Panama City, FL branch office, which opened May of 2001. Besides overseeing the branch office, his duties include overseeing Property Management, commercial leasing and client relations for the Panama City region. He relocated from North Carolina eight years ago and become associated with The Seltzer Management Group as it's Vice President of Property Management. He holds a BS degree in Economics and was awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1969. Mr. Gowdy has in excess of thirty years experience in management and leasing of apartments, office buildings, shopping centers and business/industrial parks. Prior to relocating to Florida, Mr. Gowdy was vice president of property management for The Bissell Companies, a Charlotte, NC based commercial developer and full service real estate company whose management portfolio contained in excess of 4,000,000 sq. ft. of office, retail and commercial space. Mr. Gowdy resides in Lynn Haven, FL and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida. He is a member of the Bay County Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
