Jimmy Nystrom
Jimmy Nystrom moved to Tallahassee in 1970 where he attended Maclay High School. He then attended the University of Tennessee where he graduated with a B.S. in Marketing and was commissioned in 1981 as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Amory Infantry. Mr. Nystrom spent three years with the 101st Airborne Division where he exercised him time in the service in the Middle East and Central America.
Upon his release from the service, Mr. Nystrom began his Real Estate career in 1985 with Investors Realty Commercial Division. He remained there until 1990 when TALCOR was formed, becoming one of the original agents in the company.
Mr. Nystrom specializes in office and retail leasing, tenant representation and office building sales. Mr. Nystrom has had the opportunity to represent such firms as Barnet Bank, Xerox,
Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Cadbury Schweppes in their office space needs. Mr. Nystrom has also worked closely with state and local agencies in procuring their space requirements.
